Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Because our books are printed individually to order, we handle returns a little differently from a typical shop.

Damaged, faulty, or wrong items Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, misprinted, or you've received the wrong item, contact us at hello@gentle-hope.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund — you won't need to post anything back to us.

Changed your mind If you change your mind, you can request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order, in line with UK consumer rights. As our books are printed to order, we ask that the item is unused and in resaleable condition. Please contact us at hello@gentle-hope.com to arrange this.

Refunds Once we've confirmed your return or replacement, we'll process any refund to your original payment method within 14 days. We'll always let you know by email once it's done.
