Shipping policy

We want getting your books to be simple and clear. Our books are printed to order by our print partner and then sent directly to you.

Where we ship We currently ship to the United Kingdom, the United States and Canada.

Delivery costs UK delivery is free on all orders. Delivery to the United States is a flat £4.99 per order.

How long it takes Because each book is printed individually for you, please allow a little time for printing before dispatch. As a guide, UK orders are usually printed and delivered within 7–14 working days, and US and Canada orders within 7–14 working days. These are estimates, not guarantees, and busy periods may add a little time.

Tracking and updates You'll receive an email confirmation when you order, and we'll let you know once your book is on its way.

Problems with delivery If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated time, or arrives damaged, email us at hello@gentle-hope.com with your order number and we'll put it right.
